I'm 14, male. Today I noticed that above my anus (meaning that it litterally is higher than my anus, not on it, above it if im standing up) there is a small, painless lump which is the same colour of my skin, which is in an area that often sweats.

I am not having any symptoms of any kind, I just noticed this today. You can't even see it in the mirror, and is really only detectable by touch.

Its gotta be about 0.5cm or less, so absolutely tiny. But you can feel it. It doesn't stick out much either. It could be like a small pimple, but when I tried to look at it in the mirror I couldn't see it being a different colour (although that may just be due to its size). What could this be? Could it just be because of the sweat or something totally random thats not really important? I've researched and it seems very unlikely that I have anything like cancer or Prostatitis, etc. What do you think?
Cancer? Did you even read my post? VERY few people get cancer in that are of the body before age 15, litterally about ten a year in my country (britain), most of which are in under 5s.

possibly just a pimple....but if it gets any bigger. It may be a boil, that has to be lanced by a doctor

i wouldn't be concerned, we all get lumps, bumps and humps on our bodies throughout our lifetimes, as long as it doesn't change color or size it shouldn't be anything to worry about. If it concerns you that much than have a dermatologist (skin doctor) check it out) it can be removed if that's what you want.
