Major stress - Help please!!?

    What should I do to relieve extreme amounts of stress!? I need help lol I'm 18 and completely stressed I feel like I'm being forced into a corner and there's no way out! What do you recommend is best? Anything is very much appreciative! Thanks :D Also do kickboxing/punching bags help with stress as much as they say they do? What else?
    No rude answers please .. :(
    Nothing about smoking or sleeping around etc
    Also some people say fast music is bad for stress but some say it's good 'cause it calms you down? So is fast music good or bad?

    Have sex.Thats a realy good way to relax.Also try smoking a joint after sex if you smoke.It works trust me

    1st slow down
    When feeling stressed stop what you are doing take in breath in big breaths hold and release slowly.
    Let your shoulders relax and drop.
    Have a daily 20 minute walk in green space if you can . park, garden, not along busy street.
    No smoking or alcohol gives temporally a lift but addictive and not good.
    Fast music may help some but slow soothing music is better.
    Very best thing for stress is talk it out with a trusted friend.
    Women handle stress better than men, because they talk about their problems more.
