If it is irritating you either cover it with a band aid or have it removed.

    It may be an irratation.
It may be because your clothes ride up and down on it all day.
    Or it may be cancer.
You should seriously go to a doctor and get your mole checked out, I mean were people over the computer that cant even see your mole and even if we could we aren't even doctors so we'd probably guess wrong. Doctors need a sample of your blood if it is cancer.
And plus it is probably just and irratated mole from your shirt scratching on it all day. When i used to wear my shirt in the ocean the waves would make my shirt rise up and down and eventually one of my nipples got all scratched up and it hurt haha. Pretty embarrassing to admit but yeah man its probably nothing serious.

I don't know whether to say it is in it or below it,but it is on my chest and gets irritated by clothing and it probably doesn't help that I am always "massaging" my chest muscles (pecs) which is where the mole is.It is raised.I am just wondering could the pain be caused by my clothes irritating it or me messing with it?Also It gets irritated when I lay on the floor on my stomach. ALSO PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING.I DON'T WANT SOME LAZY PERSON READING THE TITLE AND ASSUMING THE WORST WHEN THE REALITY IS IT IS MOST LIKELY CAUSED BY THE IRRITATION TO THE AREA OF IT.

Hey well I also have a mole that has a tingling feeling and occassional pain. Especially if it is
irritated by my clothing or if I keep touching it.
So I went off to my GP where he said it is harmless and I can have it removed if its really
bugging me but doesn't look like the big C. Big relief obviously. But if I was you and its
really starting to bug you I would just have it lanced. (easy procedure- takes couple minutes no pain)
Or alternatively coat it in vaseline.

    Better to consult a dermatologist.
