you could show him the reports, but this may cause further tension between you and his girlfriend. I wouldn't say their relationship is toxic from what you said, their isn't enough info in this Q to back that up.

The sad part here mostly goes for you, grandparents rights are little to none for their grandchildren unless they already have custody or have one of the parents on their side. If you feel like your grandchild is in immediate danger you can TRY to go to the courts but it would involve not only saying that your sons gf's parents are a danger to your granddaughter but that your son doesn't have her best interests in mind. and even then it would most likely not work bc all you have at this point is a past history with drugs and hearsay. No real evidence
