I'm acting as if I dont notice the groin indentation scar (i havent seen his penis so im not sure if there is anything different with it. although (dont laugh) its a little small.)

Those nipples sound like your classic case of 3rd degree titty twister. Yep, many males in rough upbringings commonly show this attribute, it's really a shame that even a society as advanced as ours, the nipples of adolescent males still aren't safe.

Here's what Grandpa thinks: if he is not complaining of pain or irritation or other complaint, it could be from a number of injuries initiation to bullying to self inflected,if it's not hurting him, he will probably tell you in his own time, may just be something he doesn't want to talk about
