Basically, yesterday me and my friend were messing around and she fell on me (literally) she landed on my chest and ever since whenever i inhale i get a really bad pain in my chest. Any advice would be helpful; 10 points to best answer :)

Without knowing quite where the pain is, if you press there does it hurt? You also said when you sleep, so its that when you lay on that side? Most likely, you bruised yourself, maybe broke a rib (but that hurts just to breathe) or could have even bruised your lung. Most likely it will be fine, if you are concerned you should see your doctor. Really no advise I would feel comfortable giving without knowing more detail and actually seeing and watching you breath and hearing your lung sounds. Like anything, it's most likely nothing much, but could be serious possibly, you never know for sure. So best advise is to see your doctor.

2 days ago in school, I was standing against the door frame. A friend came and put his fists on my chest as a friendly gesture and pushed hardly. The pain was unbearable. I thought he fractured my sternum or something, I could hardly breathe. I actually was sure my heart would be impaled any minute. That night, sleep took a lot of effort.

But it was nothing. Chest injuries from a sudden force can seem pretty nasty, but be nothing. Today I feel my chest muscle hurting only a bit. It will most probably go away, don't be scared my friend!

If it persists though, I'd suggest talking to a doctor, because it's a dangerous area for injuries. Don't risk it; if you still hurt 3-4 days later, go see a doc. Also, it would be wise talking to your parents.
