Well this could vary depending on how you physically react...some go on dialysis when they hit 15% function left and some go on it when they hit 10%. Anything lower than 10% without dialysis and you are in serious trouble. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you can recieve another transplant...Remember you gotta take care of it in order for it to last you a long long time.
