My Dad is like 56 years old and he works at Seven Eleven, i think he lifted something heavy and now his right arm the lower part hurts when he tries to make a fist or when he wakes up. We cant afford health insurance so please can anyone tell me what might be the problem and a reachable solution to that. i would be highly in gratitude. i will give ten points. plz help

He may have arthritis, try and buy some Aleve or Tylenol for him and see how he does. Either that or he has sprained or damaged a group of muscles in his arm. I would recommend treating this with ice, and immobilization. Good luck.

well it also depends how long hes had the injury. he can just take some pain meds that are anti inflammatory and ice it 15 min on and 15 min off, stretch it and try not to use it as much. hope i helped, im a certified EMT and have been a medical assistant for 3 years btw, cant really do anything about the arthiritis if he does have it or test for it since you dont have insurance so just supress it for now
