It would be best to call the doctor and ask, but I'd assume all bandages including gauze should be changed. Just make sure your hands and the area are washed & disinfected with alcohol or peroxide beforehand.

my doctor cut open my boil and stuffed it with gauze should i take it out or leave it?

It all needs to be changed and cleaned once every day because you dont want it to get infected

It would be best to check with your doctor. Do not try and pull off the gauze if it is not coming off, as it can help to make problems worse.

im a senor first aider i sugest to replace it with a new 1 check with a docter first befor u do and put some betterdean on it and just keep it clean

Go see a doctor. They'll be able to tell you if the wound needs to be packed again(this keeps it open so that infection/pus doesn't get caught inside).
