Use hot water on a cotton ball and soak the crusties. You can use the cotton ball to physically pull and flake the crusties off as soon as they're soft enough.
Next time, before putting the gold earrings in, swab each earlobe thoroughly with a cotton ball (1 per ear) soaked in 50/50 alcohol and water. Then put in the new pair, after swabbing each earring with a separate cotton ball soaked with the alcohol/water. Every day, morning and evening, swab each earlobe with another soaked cotton ball, whether you take those earrings out or leave them in overnights. Also, swab each earring before putting it in again. Keep doing this until you're absolutely sure there is no infection in either ear (it should take only 2-4 days).
I "feel your pain!" Good luck!

Well, you should take off the back and use a Q- tip saturated with some mild antibacterial soap or just plain water and clean off all the crusties. Then you should gently attempt to remove the ear ring. Make sure it's puss you saw and not just the liquid your ears would make to help with the healing process. Puss is yellow to green (*nasty, i know*) and the healing fluid is usually colorless and oily kind of.
If that works, from now on you should make a habit of cleaning your ear piercings 2 to 3 times daily and rotating the ear ring and moving it in and out to make sure it doesn't get stuck, but only a couple of times a day. Also, to help with the healing, you should use a sea salt soak. Just make a solution of sea salt and water (* the salt water shouldn't be any saltier than a potato chip*) and soak a cotton ball in it (*make sure it's drenched, maybe to the point where it's dripping*) and leave it for about, oh, 5 minutes or so. Hope this helped :)
