Okay well, I have small eyes, and people are always commenting on how small they are. They're not making any rude comments, it just bothers me how people always notice them.
I know that white eyeliner will make them stand out, and glasses.
but anything else?

If you wear fairly strong glasses for nearsightedness, they might be making your eyes look smaller. If that is the case, and it really bothers you, you could try contacts. If you don't wear glasses and you eyes look small, it is probably something to do with your eyelids. Sometimes they can do a minor operation so they will open wider.
