my knuckles hurt so bad after dog bite HELPP!?

    she may have crushed a little bit of your bone... how hard did she bite you??

    OK, she doesn't have rabies, but she will have a lot of other bugs in her saliva that wouldn't do you much good if the skin was broken. But this sounds like more mechanical damage that you must get a doctor to see: badly bruised tendons or even a bruised or chipped bone. Don't waste time - see a doctor - your hands are too valuable to mess around with.
