Over the past week I've been waking up around four or five in the morning with mouth pain. It's mostly in the front, bottom row of teeth. My teeth ache and my chin is sensitive to the touch. I've had my braces off for two years, don't wear a retainer, and haven't gone to the dentist lately, so I don't know what the problem is. I might be clenching my jaw in my sleep? What do you think is wrong, and what can I do to fix it!?
