Ok so lately ive been noticing this alot more,thought its always happend my whole life.
ok well in the morning when i eat breakfast i usually eat 2 toast bread with milk,and about 10 mins later my cheeks will turn bright red with little maps and they are burning hot! and i also wear makeup so idk if it has to do something with it,but yeahh its pretty weird,and in my left side of my cheek i have this white mark,it looks like a map,its so wierd but its more noticeable when my cheeks usually turn hot and red,plzz tell me what u think it could be! dont use makeup for a little while and change ur diet

You are alergic to the make-up you're using. Switch to ones with different ingredients, and Robert's your father's-brother!

Oh that actually sounds very similar to something I used to get when i was younger. After eliminating foods from my diet i found out it was the milk i was drinking. Try laying off the milk for a few days to see if anything changes. I always found it would get worse the more milk i drank.
If it doesn't turn out to be milk also consider the toast you are eating. Wheat allergies are pretty common too.
