Sad to say that there isn't a whole lot you can do about this. The stomp probably broke some blood vessels underneath the toenail just like any other bruise. I get this a lot on my big toe so I know how painful and how annoying it is and it's lasted up to five months! The only thing to really do is ice the toe for now to make the pain go away, paint your toes over the discoloration and then wait for it to go away in time.
