My wife cheated on me little over a month ago and had un-protected sex.?

  1. She says that she "knows" the guy does not have AIDS/HIV, but how can she know?
    I have 2 questions.
!) I took a blood test today. If he does have it, will it show up this soon?
    2) If I am positive, can I sue this guy because I know where he lives?
Someone asks a serious question, and a dick like Flip becomes ridiculous..geezze

    1) It takes up to 3 months before antibodies will show up in your blood. (22 days is average) So get tested in 3 months since you last had sex with her.

    2) No you can only sue if he knew he was positive and did not tell you.

Just editing my answer the 1-5000 figure below is wrong

All professionals say 1-1000 per exposure though it is still unlikely

Even if she has hiv, which is very unlikely....

The odds are of you catching HIV from one act of unprocted sex with an hiv positive women, are about 1 in 5000.

For the people who question this, which most do since that are brainwashed, just google it and find out about transmission rates.

I would test now and in about 4 months from now as well. I would also check for all std's, not just HIV.
You can sue if the guy knew he was infected. The best thing to do is become a better lover or just get use to your wife going else where. Were you born small. If so I am sorry. You won't have a choice then, Either get divorced or get use to her screwing around. Good luck.

STD symptoms are rarely noticed until they are so obvious that you cannot notice them. Waiting until you show any STD symptoms can do more harm to your health than getting tested regularly for STDs. With the way the economy is today, your health is the one area of your life that you need to invest into. If you are sexually active, even if it is with the same partner, it is recommended that you get tested for the 6 most common sexually transmitted diseases and infections. This will help promote honesty within relationships and can possibly cut down on infidelity. When it comes to your health, don’t be at risk of not knowing, or knowing too late.

    1. It usually takes 3 months. If you're worried, maybe your wife could get him to get tested.

    2. You CAN sue anyone you want. It doesn't mean you'll win - but if he knowingly gave your wife HIV/AIDS, then you may have a case.
