Getting close to 3 years now I have had some weird sickness. It involves nausea, fatigue, depression, insomnia, etc. Sometimes these feelings are stronger than others and I believe it has to do with mood and such. I've been through every head and organ test in the book and they yielded no results. I'm starting to believe from being stressed for a long time due to my mother and drugs(quit 3 years ago) I have developed a major problem and I can't seem to get out of it. Any recommendations?? I'm thinking of going somewhere and getting prescribed something for anxiety because every time I get stressed, I get extremely anxious, like I have a problem with anxiety. This leads to occasional attacks, insomnia, nausea, etc. I haven't slept well in years along with the nausea I feel day to day and its getting old and I just want to be like I used to be. If anyone has any answers, thanks a lot!

You should go talk to a doctor... doesn't have to be a psychiatrist, just your primary care doctor can prescribe you something. Depression often gives physical symptoms like nausea.

You would benefit considerably from learning the effective natural treatments for stress, anxiety, and depression at http://your-mental-health.8m.com/blank_25.html then pages m, i, 3, & b.
Although insomnia is also addressed on page 1, I believe that it is probably caused by anxiety, and/or depression, so treating them should also eliminate the insomnia, but use the EMDR variant, as shown, because it came from a book about depression insomnia, and take melatonin 1 hr before bedtime, (for a few nights only).
The nausea will should fix itself, but if not soon: boil a heaped tablespoonful of grated ginger root in a pint/650mls water; cool and add a little honey and lemon; sip slowly. Rinse your mouth with water after sipping. Keeping some with you may provide some reassurance. Discard unused mixture after 3 days. Can be frozen, in batches, for longer term storage.
