So i want to order contact lens online and I don't know what my base curve is. Can any one help me?
    SPH CYL AXIS
    OD -4.00 -025 160

    OS -3.75 -025 020

This is all I know. And I used to wear contact lens but I don't have the box that tells my base curve no more.

If you are in the USA, you need a complete contact lens prescription to order contact lenses. The prescription includes: power, base curve, diameter and brand. Contact lens providers must verify what you tell them with your eye doctor. To be fit properly with contacts, the doctor needs to do keratometry. He needs to give you some trial lenses and check how they fit on your eyes. Most optometrists quite reasonably charge additional fees for these services.

I concur with David E. Directly to your question, the base curve cannot in any way be derived from the numbers you gave.

That looks like an eyeglasses prescription; it doesn't include a base curve value because you don't need that for glasses. If you had a prescription for contacts in the past and it is still good (I think they are good for 1 year) you could call or visit the place where you had the exam for your contacts and they could probably provide you with a copy. If it isn't valid anymore you need to get a new test & prescription. As the others said, when you order contacts on line in the US (and probably many other countries as well) they will check to verify that your prescripton is valid before they send them to you. It is possible that there are some sketchy, fly by night web sites out there that will sell contacts to anybody without verifying your prescription, but the probability of getting ones that fit properly by guessing your base curve is slight.
