  2. 300 streams across the united states were tested and 100% of the fish were found to be contaminated with mercury! Mercury poisoning causes hypotonia (muscle weakness). Liver and gallbladder congestion are major issues of toxicity. The liver gets clogged up by too many toxins and becomes less able to break down and get rid of toxins, which in turn makes it less capable of producing bile (which breaks down fats). This can cause the bile mixture to be imbalanced and too concentrated which contributes to the formation of gallstones.

I would recommend having a hair anaylsis for heavy metals. You need to look for fish and fish oils from fresh water. I have seen the back of one fish oil supplement that stated fish oil from fresh fish farms. I would also recommend taking digestive enzyme supplements with meals. One of the enzymes is called lipase which breaks down fats. You can purchase these supplements at health food stores.

Try introducing it slowing over time starting with small amounts. Don't exceed the RDA. If pain continues, see your doctor.

I doubt you have mercury poisoning, so don't be in a panic about that. http://www.fda.gov/Food/FoodSafety/Product-SpecificInformation/Seafood/FoodbornePathogensContaminants/Methylmercury/ucm115662.htm
