OPINIONS PLEASE WEIRD STOMACH ISSUES?

OK night before last i did a big no no i drank lemon water, so yesterday woke up with lump in throat which i know is acid reflux/ gerd well early afternoon statrted burning stomach like gastritis symptoms( ive been there done this before) ive been to dr several times for same symptoms however last night after i ate supper i got this pain and burning in chest like severe heartburn but concentrated to the left side,it was pretty uncomfortable then i laid dow started coughing felt like the pressure fro the gas was so sever it was splitting my ribs in half this pain only lastes seconds, im having no pain in front well little but nothig that bad at all i also have ibs so dr ssaid its that , ive bee to dr like i said for same symptoms im just looking for other opinions,really appreciate advice thanks
    Well i have had 2 ct scans 1 with contrast other without,several blood tests which were all normal, colonoscopy which came back fine also

    Well, my husband has had similar symptoms, and went and got scoped, both ends. it was discovered that he has an abnormally slow emptying esophagus and stomach. His pain was so severe, he would cry and walk the floor. He also had been diagnosed with GERD, and ulcers years ago. Might not hurt to see if your doctor would recommend at least an upper GI scope.
