I had a slight pain in my left leg in my calf. It felt a little like right before you get a cramp in your calf, but i never got a cramp. I went to sleep and this morning unble to step on the leg at all because of the pain. After 5 min of trying I was able to walk but only without streching it. I can put my weight on it but cannot walk normal. I havent done anything out of the ordinary and dont recall hurting it. Anyone had something like this happen or have any idea of what it could be? Thanks.

Hmmm, sounds like what a friend of mine complained of last year. He couldn't hardly walk on his left leg and his ankle and calf really hurt. The doctor said he had a severed achilles tendon. This is major and takes a year to heal. I hope that isn't what you have but I would go to a doctor if I were you. You might have pulled or torn a muscle.

I would try using a heating pad on and off and massage the muscle. You could have a stitch in the muscle. It is kinda like a contracted muscle, and a charlie horse. They hurt like none other, and don't go away right away. Sometimes using a little heat on and off or soaking a hot bath and massaging the area helps work it out. Sometimes it just takes time for it to work itself out. If the pain doesn't lessen in the next 24 hours get a hold of your doctor and get it looked at for sure. If it gets worse at all go to the doctor if it is unbearable go to the ER and get looked at. Any changes in color of that leg like getting really red, loosing color or turning blue, or the same for the foot, loss of feeling go to the ER ASAP that would indicate a severe problem that needs immediate medical attention
