hm...are you sure it's actually there solid? Because I actually have something similar..I remember getting stabbed in the side of my arm with a pencil I believe and now I have a mark there since that won't go away. It's been over 10 years I wanna say now..and its basically a small tattoo
I've scratched it and it stays always..never goes away maybe it's a tattoo? Unless its actually solid in there I wouldn't worry..and to get something like that removed would be easy..I believe the DRs would easily cut it out while your awake.
update : if it's solid then I would see a DR and just have them remove it safely..if it's not deep it should be a easy fast procedure, nothing serious I think.
