    If you have never had oral sex or sexual intercourse then this is not an std. You're unlikely to get an std from just sharing boxers. You get an std (sexually transmitted disease) from having oral sex or sexual intercourse with some one that has an std. You're unlikely to get one from an object because most stds don't last on objects for long periods of time
    This could be just pearly papules and some soreness from masturbating too hard. If you really want to know then you should see a doctor. Stds are unfair but it's part of life if you have a lot of unprotected sex.
