Occasionally dieting and exercise basically isn't sufficient, as there can be surplus weight basically lying around in your insides. It's not body fat, so it can't be burned off, nevertheless it can be flushed out, basically by using a diet supplement. http://vinent.freehealthlive.info has a risk free offer on offer right now, I tried it and shed seventeen lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!

In modern medicine, it is hard to answer to your kind of problem unless the symptom is confirmed in medical test results. However, normally, by that time the disease has manifested and it is already physically present, it is much difficult to treat.
Obviously what you are feeling is a definite sign that your body is going through a state of change and it needs to be addressed. I am a oriental medicine practitioner, and what I have to say is not widely accepted in modern medicine practice, but it has been accepted for over 2000 years in oriental history. I practice a very ancient methodology of diagnosing and treating various ailments, which is not common even amongst practitioners in my field. I look at the person's gender, time of birth, and date of birth, and city and country of birth to determine the persons constitution and the chronic symptoms that manifests throughout his or her lifetime.

Let me give you an example of a person I began helping online.

    Chris. G
    Male
    DOB: Feb 15, 1984
    TOB: 3:28 am
    Edmonton Alberta Canada.

    My Answer:

Hi Chris. After analyzing your chart, I can see overall you are a very healthy person.

Facial Appearance: You have a long face, with wide forehead. Your face developed into a more round facial figure since you were 15.
Personality: You are a meticulous person, and patience is your strong character.
Food Preference: You enjoy fruits and vegetables, and you like sour taste. You like to eat meat, and coffee. You may also enjoy drinking alcohol.
Health Condition: You have lingering headache that really got worse last year. Your sleeping may be light, with some snoring symptoms, with sinus related problems. You may easily feel tired, and prone to catching cold.

    His Reply:

Glad to know Im a healthy guy!
Pretty accurate on the face and age when it started to change, I had gained a serious about of weight around that time of my life.
I'd say I have a good attn to detail and can be meticulous at times yes!
I've had a lifetime battle with eating fruits and or vegis. For some reason they do not suit my taste, I have tried my whole life to develop a taste for them and to incorporate them into my everyday diet
without it being a struggle but to no avail. I have failed in that department thus far.
However Meat is my staple and god help me If I dont have my morning coffee.
I also HATE sweets, I enjoy saltly foods by the truckload.

2009 was one giant headache for me both literally and emotionally.
I honestly can not remember a single night in my life that I have not had trouble sleeping, I have been struggling with that problem as long as I can remember.
I have a very hard time breathing through my nose, even without congestion air does not pass through my sinus' well, impeading my breathing.
I am constantly feeling run down and tired and am very sick with minor colds and such regularly.

    This is awesome man!
    Respect!

As you can see I have confirmed his conditions just by knowing his date and time of birth and city and country of birth. Furthermore, now I have confirmed his constitution, I can offer my health advice that suits "his" body. I'd like you to also try my spacetime confirmation, so that I can understand the reason as to why you are going through this condition. Reply me with a message, or if you like to see more, you can visit my website.
Disease doesn't have to appear in the eye for it to be there, just like the stars that we cannot deny of their existence just because it's not apparent. My mission is to inform and educate people in self-healing so that they can themselves prevent from the manifestation of the disease. And I offer my health consultations free. Hope I can help you with your condition.

If you've been falling, it may or may not be related to your knee pain. If you were sent to PT because of falling, but not necessarily your knee, the first thing that may need to happen is for the therapist to evaluate the knee (depending on the laws in your state). It's quite possible that something related to your knee pain could be making you fall. In cases like these, it's often related to knee buckling which can be caused by a number of things such as either a ligamentous instability or a knee pain that is being referred from the back such as a nerve root compression.

If your knee pain is not related to your history of falling and your state does not allow the therapist to perform an evaluation on it, then you should definitely return to the physician.
