It could be a number of reasons. Possibly her diet is affecting her period. It can also be high levels of stress. Since the pregnancy test was a month ago, I recommend she take another one.

Please help. My friend is scared about this. What's wrong?

My best friend has always had a huge sexual appetite. But recently, she has noticed that her period has stopped coming. She hasn't had it in three months.
She took a pregnancy test (Clear Blue) about a month ago, and it was negative.
What could be wrong?
Oh, she's 19 so it's legal for her to be a freak.
I'm totally inexperienced so I have no idea what's going on. Can your period stop from having sex too much?
I'm thinking it's due to a very poor diet (She's a manager at McDonald's....enough said.)

I've not heard that lots of sex can stop your period, however if she is very overweight due to her poor diet, then yes, it's possible for her period to be irregular. Anytime a person is under or overweight, they're period can be effected. I'd suggest she see a doctor.

First off, your friend might want to take more than one pregnancy test to be sure and if it comes out negative again she should see a doctor. Second, if your friend is in a great deal of stress or anxiety that can mess up her hormones. Her diet could also be a factor (as you mentioned above), so you might want to help her with that.

i think if you have a lot of orgasims it can stop your period for a matter of time.
