Possible brain injury?

The best thing to do is an MRI or a Cat Scan, but if you're still living this long without any problems I wouldn't worry.

If you are really concerned, see a doctor. But if it has been three years and you show no symptoms of brain injury, then you likely didn't suffer any, at least not anything serious. Also, without symptoms, it will be tough to get a doctor to order any kind of brain scan such as CT or MRI. When you went to the hospital following the crash to have your collar bone treated, I am sure they would've checked you for any kind of neurotrauma symptoms, and if they never ran any tests to confirm nor diagnosed you with anything neurological, then you most likely were not injured. A minor concussion may have occurred, but so minor that there was no reason to treat it or observe you for declining mental condition.
