Possible Case of Appendicitis? Please Help!?

i honestly have no clue what is going on. Ill start with my medical history. I have some bad chronic constipation, to be quite frank. I take large doses of mirilax and have just stopped taking said doses. My constipation has not been present for a couple of weeks.
I have had terrible stomach pain in my right lower quadrant today and, quite honestly, its really scaring me.
I have had pains like this before because for about a month everyday i would get scared that i had appendicitis (i then went to the doctor and was told it was sever constipation) this pain is relatable to that, but much more painful. it started in my lower RLQ and has moved upwards somewhat steadily to almost the upper RLQ. The pain has now wrapped to my back almost above my hips. I have felt nauseated all day till about five o clock. I do not have a fever, not even low grade. It hurts really bad when i bring my knee to my chest while sitting, but not so bad that i fall over. It hurts when i press in and the pain almost ceases when i let go. The almost hollow spot in my abdomen next to my hip bone does not hurt when i press or let go; the pain is more around my colon. my pain is the worst while in a sitting position, mild when lying flat, and virtually not there while standing or lounging.
when i gently rest my hand on my RLQ i can periodically feel some gurgling. My colon in this area feels hard and rolls when i push it. I have had ALOT of gas and ALOT of bowel movements today; these lessen the pain temporarily.
I missed my menstrual cycle this month (no, i have never had sex so im not pregnant) but i dont believe it is menstrual cramps because the pain is too concentrated. i am 16, 5'7", and weigh about 116. i did some yoga and strength training yesterday. the nausea started last night somewhat.
I am about to go take a steaming hot bath because previously, when i had these pains, they helped greatly.
i have also had four containers of baby prunes today to try to help induce bowel movements.
please help me! i need legitimate answers. thank you for your time.
the pain isnt burning, its like its inside of me; crampy, kindof like pressure for lack of a better adjective. its hard to describe, but it doesnt burn.
