This might sound crazy, but you might be allergic to his semen. And yes, people can be allergic to semen.
Otherwise it could be the beginning symptoms of an infection. It doesn't necessarily mean an STD. It could be a bacterial infection.
If your symptoms continue make sure to make an appointment with your doctor, try your local free clinic, or planned parenthood.

My boyfriend and I had unprotected a*** s** this past Sunday (I know, we should always use a condom) and he ejaculated inside of me. Ever since then, I've been feeling really tired out, headaches, and also been having a really weird, hurtful pain on the left side of my stomach.
