Reading what you have I did a google search and you may have a number of things one being "pulmonary edema" read it and see if you have some of the other symptoms for it. Also, heart failure is mainly caused by fluid filled lungs...

The first thing you need to do is find a doctor near you go to a clinic near where you live. Do you have insurance? If you don't tell them so and they might direct you to another clinic that may be free for you or they might see you anyways. Worry about the paying later and go see a doctor as soon as you can. Also, it would help if you didn't smoke or drank so much, just saying..... you know Bill Hicks you love so much died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 32, and it's caused by smoking (which he did plenty of) and inherited genes. Just because you see a guy that's 95 who has smoked and drank his whole entire life and lived that long without any problems doesn't mean that's how your body works, it only means that's how HIS body works. Try laying off all those things and getting healthy for yourself so you don't end up dead before you reach 40.
