Hold the lens on the tip of your finger, convex face to finger. (Let it sit on your finger like a bowl) Hold your eye open with the other hand and bring the finger with the lens slowly to your eye. It will automatically want to close but with time you will get used to it. Place the lens right on the ball of your eye, dead centre and with one blink it should pretty much slip into place. It helps to put them in over a cleared counter or somewhere like that so you don't have too large an area to search if it does drop, which happens, as you know. Good luck.

Where ever you get them from should be showing you how.
It's much easier to learn when someone is showing you.
You should go to youtube.com....put " inserting contacts" in the search box....there are a few pretty good videos there that should help.
