I am not a person who usually recommends going to a doctor but foot pain could be caused from diabetes. Because of you age you might have type 1 & you need to go right away cause you could pass out, it's serious but don't get anxious just motivated. I have never heard of anyone gaining that much weight in such a short period of time. So you might need some attention cause something might get worst if you don't do something quick.

Honestly you should go see the doctors. If it's hurting then something is wrong. Doctors will give you the most accurate answer so don't risk it.

See your health care provider as soon as possible (neurologist or podiatrist). A burning sensation on the soles of your feet can arise from any number of causes, from ill-fitting shoes to diabetes. The most serious cause is peripheral neuropathy--damage to the leg nerves--often from diabetes or alcoholism and less commonly from vitamin deficiencies or lead poisoning. A rare disorder called erythromelalgia increases blood flow to the hands and feet and can also produce a searing sensation.
Some people experience fiery feet because they're sensitive to a chemical in the inner lining of their shoes (particularly some types of athletic shoes). Try changing your footgear to see if the problem subsides. If not, see your doctor to rule out medical causes.
I hope this helps you. And good luck.Posted 2 years ago # -

Fatty!
Lose some of that lard! Your feet will thank you, your heart will thank you, your endocrine glands will thank you, ALL of your vital organs will thank you and reward you with many years of maintenence-free operation.
But ya GOTTA close that pie-hole of yours and quit eating so much, you pig.

wow that is alot to gain for anybody to gain in such a short time. I would probably go see my doctor. If you are eating foods that make you retain water, that can cause your feet to swell. Are you wearing good supportive shoes? You possibly could dip your feet in & out of some cold iced water until you get used to it for about 10 minutes, yet I think I would check with a doctor first. Iced water can relieve alot of pain. Good luck to you

The memory foam insoles help cushion the shock - but you must make sure you wear good, comfortable walking shoes with a good arch support in them to help support your weight. You don't sound all that interested in unloading some of that weight to get relief. You need to dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, healthy diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drinks lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Make sure you eat a good breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner.
When you are overweight, you are highly susceptible to high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood pressure & diabetes type ll. Obesity also interrupts blood flow to your penis resulting in diminished libido & causes erectile dysfunction or impotence. Make some changes - and your feet will feel better.
Each nite, soak your feet in a basin or tub of warm vinegar water. Keep them there until after the water turns cold. This will help ease any discomfort.Posted 2 years ago # -
It very well could be related to the weight gain. Also, being on your feet a lot, especially standing still where the blood pools in your feet, can cause aching. You can try an anti-inflammatory, like Motrin (ibuprofen). Or a cool water or warm water soak at the end of the day (see which seems to help better). Also elevating your feet when you can should help. The foam insoles are a good idea.
The cause is something to look at too, instead of just treating symptoms. Is the weight gain a growth spurt with puberty? Or an emotional response to feeling down? Whatever it is, going to your Dr to help with suggestions to keep your growth in check is a good idea.
Hope this helps!
