Really Hard to Breath i Am Over Weight... But Besides the point the puffers don't help the doct

    You need to get some weight off - the fat is pushing your lungs upward from your belly, decreasing your lung capacity. You also need to start walking daily which will start to condition your lungs so that it can stand the stress of carrying the weight that you have. Until you become more physically fit and lose some weight, this may not go away. But, you should also be talking with your doctor that your current medications don't seem to work anymore and see if any medication (inhaler) changes would be indicated. Unless you make some changes in your body, this is only going to get worse and worse.

    um obviously lose weight your body cant take the extra pounds it has to work harder because your fat sorry
