It's not going to happen. Can you try turkey? It has L-Tryptophan which many know about,but what many don't know is that it's said to be able to cross the blood-brain barrier and stimulate the pituitary gland helping REM sleep. This isn't proven,but I always get deep deep sleep after having turkey for dinner!
It may be a Vitamin deficiency,but you have to ask your parents to check with your doctor about that.
Remember if your problem is a nutritional deficiency any drugs may only make your problem worse by treating symptoms instead of the cause! This is for you and your parents to decide,but looking for drugs to answer your problems may not be good for you.
