Shortness of breath and swelling in only my left leg for the past 2 weeks?

    Firstly, it sounds like mere bronchitis, although that's bad and uncomfortable, at the worst pleurisy or possible COPD, and the swelling may be due to steroids or cortisone if you're taking any. It could also be clotting in the leg, so you might need blood thinners. It may be edema. I wouldn't rule out gout due to uric acid, (or adrenal insufficiency) except your ankles or toes aren't swelling. Get lab work done, and chest ultrasound.

    i only read the first couple sentences and the title...

    sounds like Deep Vein Thrombosis (clot).. The shortness of breath might be from thrown clots in your leg.. This is called Pulmonary Embolism... I dunno thought because I didnt read the whole thing

    first you should see a doctor asap
    since it could be heart failure and a number of other things
