It sounds like a sinus or pharynx infection that spread to your ear canal. That happens to me at least once a year. If it does not go away after a week or there is more blood than just streaks or you have a high fever, go to the doc and you will get antibiotics. That's why I said to wait, because that's about all the doc can do for you and you don't want to use antibiotics unless you have to. In the meantime, take some Tylenol Cold or Sinus formula or a generic version thereof.
