should i go to the doctor for my cramps?

    okay so ive heard before that if youre cramps are bad enough to make you stay home and cancel plans, you should go to the doctor
    but what if theyre not THAT bad, like you could still go out but youd rather not, does that count? since that is the reason youre not going places
    idk if that makes sense haha
    but its always the first 2 days of my period, i have stomach cramps like nobodys business
    and somedays it hurts so bad i actually dont go to school and stuff (which never really happens) and other times they still hurt pretty bad, and id rather just stay home (which is what i was talking about in the beginning)
    im so confused
