Should I put ice on my puncture wound?

    Main concern should be to get a tetanus shot, I'd say, and get this checked out by a doctor.

    You really should have that checked out incase infection sets in ..

    How deep was the cut? Was the knife clean? Was it a steak knife or paring knife? It sounds like it is a hematoma (blood trapped under the skin) along with what possibly be a keloid (scar tissue). Depending on how deep the cut is you may have nerve damage which would explain the weird feeling. If you can't afford an Urgent Care visit then try a nurse hotline for free medical advice.
