    Hey

When I was your age I had a little bit of hair there too, almost everyone does, but if you have a darker skin tone or hair colour it usually shows up more. My mum doesnt have any, but I guess I get it because of my dark hair (from my dad) I am now 15 and have researched into many things.

The first thing I would suggest is depilatory creams. These are creams that get rid of the hair right from the root. You just leave it on for the right amount of time (usually about 5 minutes) and wash it off. No pain whatsoever. I would suggest veet for facial hair.

However some people may have an allergic reaction. Test it on your leg or arm first and leave it for a day or so. Then try it on your upper lip. If you do have a reaction don't try it again. Chances are it's not the product, it's just depilatory creams in general wont work for you.

The second best option is threading. This is similar to plucking/tweezing but it gets rid of more hairs at a time and less painfully. It is quite difficult to do but search youtube as there are many there! Practise on your leg & you'll get the hang of it. It hurts a little the first time but you get used to it. Lots of people thread their eyebrows & upper lip hair.

This is better than waxing because it doesnt harm the skin around it. I would only use waxing as a last resort it you were really desperate. But not matter how desprate you are, don't shave!! (you probably already know that :P!) also waxing would hurt! :P

But to answer your question about it growing back thicker is.. it's a myth. It doesn't! Truth is, when it starts to grow back you see the tip of the hair making it appear thicker and blacker. Also if you havent seen it in a while, people assume it's longer, when it isnt :P!

Sorry for the longgg essay! hehe but I hope I helped :] Good luck ! x

EDIT: None of these are permanent, they last about 1 - 2 weeks, about the same as waxing :) x

Wax but there is slow grow lotion to make it grow slower but when you do start waxing you will have to keep doing it because it will grow back thicker and more noticable.
    i hope i helped(:
