At first glance, it is possible. However, many things affect blood glucose (allergies, infections, common cold, stress, etc.). Your doctor will set you straight in the mean time just follow a sensible diet (try to cut back on carbs, since those convert to glucose the fastest), and keep exercising. More importantly, try not to stress out over it.

Should I worry about being diabetic?

Assuming those readings are accurate, some of your results are concerning. Your fasting blood sugar readings are in pre-diabetic/diabetic range. Your after-meal numbers range from normal to elevated. You should be <100 at some point during the day, especially before you eat.
Even though you're young and at a healthy weight, that doesn't mean that you can't be Type 2 diabetic. You may also be a Type 1 diabetic in the early stages. And, of course, you may not be diabetic at all. These could be a fluke or a symptom of another problem. Also, while home meters are accurate enough for home use, they're not meant to be a substitute for an official diagnosis. (There's also the possibility of user error.)
I'm glad you're seeing a doctor. Good luck.

If you really do have a good diet and adequate exercise, it sounds like you could have diabetes. Just keep in mind that any blood sugar tests taken within a window of three hours after you eat isn't really accurate. Even for a normal person, blood sugar spikes and goes back down.
The fact that you have never been under 109 is what tells me that you could possibly have diabetes.
