about 3 weeks ago I went to go get a massage and right after my shoulder began hurting. I thought it was because the masseuse loosened up some muscles up there (she did mention that my shoulders had a knot or were tense, i forgot) or something so it was just unwinding. The next couple of days, I was still sore and achy. I thought it would go away but it never did. I debated on going back and complaining/asking about the pain but I figured that it was just some pain, it'd go away. Now, 3-4 weeks later, it still hurts. If I'm laying down and relaxed they're fine but when i sit, even for a very short amount of time, they ache like I've been sitting tensed up for hours. Did she pull a muscle or something?? What should I do? I'm afraid if I go back and ask 3 weeks later, they'll just think I'm just being a dramatic whiner. Is this anything serious? It's really bothering me. I feel like I'm always tired because of it.
