I've been to the Doctor since I had trouble breathing and chest pain. I then went to the Hospital and they've done numerous of test and found nothing wrong with me. They told me it was anxiety and my mind playing tricks with me since I am stressed out every since 2 months ago from now. The Doctor gave me Benadryl and Lexapro for eight days straight to overcome my anxiety. I still as of now have trouble breathing and chest pain. The chest pain comes from when I breathe in deep since I can't get enough oxygen daily.

1 ) How long does it take for anxiety to leave the body ?

2 ) Could this be inflammation ? I still don't know why I am experience breathing and chest pain problems. I'm a healthy kid.

Us Cavemen have this 'fight or flight' response, built in and while it came in handy for when we met the Dinosaurs, today it is not so useful. However the system is still with us and works the same way. Anxiety is just that A feeling of apprehension and fear characterized by physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweating, and feelings of stress. Anxiety disorders are serious medical illnesses that affect approximately 19 million American adults. These disorders fill people's lives with overwhelming anxiety and fear. Unlike the relatively mild, brief anxiety caused by a stressful event such as a business presentation or a first date, anxiety disorders are chronic, relentless, and can grow progressively worse.
Therefore you really need to find out what your personal trigger is? For example some people have serious anxiety attack when they see a spider, but we call it a Phobia, but it is anxiety. So we can get them over this, by introducing them to spiders, albeit slowly. Some people have problems with airplanes and so on. I once watched a interesting film about a female who divorced her husband who was a taxi driver. Nothing strange about that, except that every time she saw a Yellow Cab, she had a anxiety attack, believing the cab driver to be her husband, so living in New York was no fun! You need to find the trigger for the attack and once you locate that work on it. Something in your past has trigger this attack, so the answer is there, you just have to find it.
