Teeth whitening(crest n stuff)?

    Im 15 and i was going to try some kind of whitening.
    but what should i get?
    the teeth whitening trays, or crest white strips or what?
    and how long do they take to work?
    and only like crest n colgate n stuff please(:

    The strips work better.But if your reallyycommittedd to whitening your teeth isuggestt purchasing a floride toothpaste.It will strengthen your teeth and greatly reduce the chance of cavities,it also whitens teeth.

    I recommend you consider and test Crest Strips first. Most people do that.

    Strips are safe and easy to purchase. Try for 10 days and see how much results you get.
    If you are unhappy you may want to go to the next step and find a more advanced whitening kit. There are many available the best ones are compared on the site below.

    If the strips fail to satisfy your need look at the conditions of your teeth before you proceed. If you need dental work (other than crowns) take care of that first. If you need crowns get them after you have white teeth as your dentist will match the color to your current shade and crowns cannot be whitened.

    If you do need dental work (Cavities etc.) you may even strike a deal with your dentist or find one that offers free whitening for new customers. More and more dentists market their services that way.
