On Sunday I only ate 400 calories, and then Monday I ate around 1100-1200 and now my stomach really hurts and feels bloated. Do you think the big jump in calories caused this? Should I have eaten less? I'm not sick, never get stomach aches and it doesn't feel like a cramp (not that I get my period anymore anyways). So how do I get rid of the stomach ache?

Why did you only eat 400 calories? Your stomach may be hurting because you need to eat more. Go have a snack!!!!!!!!!
