The pain is somehow beginning to spread...?

Okay, so yesterday, I asked this question:
I can't recall ever having more pain in my life, except for when I broke my foot a few years ago. I don't have any idea what happened exactly, but I was playing basketball yesterday, and attempted a cool little move I've created. It involves athleticism, but nothing that involves the back. But as soon as I finished, I literally collapsed to the ground in excruciating pain. I sat there for a few minutes and then got back up in pain, but not nearly as much.

Then today, I woke up and it hurt. It wasn't as bad as when it originally happened, but still bad. I then made the mistake of playing basketball again today. I took a shot from a great distance, so therefore it involved a lot of effort in the abdominal area, as well as bending my back for full release. I shot it, and this time fell to the ground and was in so much pain I thought I was gonna puke. Again, I sat there a couple minutes and the pain subsided a little bit. However, it was more intense than originally (yesterday), and therefore I noticed that the pain was really mainly in that muscly area between my back and my butt. So anyways, I got up still in bad pain, but okay enough to walk. I was gonna stop playing, but I felt bad for my sister because we were playing together and she was getting sad. So I told her we could play HORSE, but that's it.

As we played, the pain continued to worsen to the point where certain movements were unbearable. I can't pinpoint what kind of movement was really causing it, but it was very random movement. It was almost like that pain you get when you have a bad tooth cavity - very sudden, very uncomfortable, and very sensitive. I don't know why! But I continued to play.

Then something happened. We live on a VERY busy street. It's constantly flooded with fast moving cars and is pretty dangerous. It was my sister's turn to shoot, and she missed. It hit off the left side of the rim and rocketed towards the road. I was the only one who was close enough to get to it, though it was seriously going fast. Had this been a normal road, I would've let it go and waited for a car to stop, though this street is basically a highway. Cars were going extremely fast, and so I had no choice. If I had let it go, there's no doubt someone would've died. Truly. So I was forced to run full speed and slide towards the ball to get it before it hit the street. As you may have guessed, this really was bad. I mean BAD. I screamed for a second and was near tears. I sat there for a solid 10 minutes as my sister stood there worried, not knowing what to do. I eventually got up and basically crawled into my house. I've been sitting here for a solid 15 minutes, and it hurts still, but not NEARLY as much as when I actually am moving. I don't know what I could've possibly done. Any ideas/tips?"

And now today, things are worse. It hurts just as much, if not more. But what's really strange is that the pain is now starting to go down the underside of my right leg. I don't understand what's going on, but it is certainly getting worse and I can't figure out why...Help???

It may be a muscle strain from working to hard.
I suggust a cool bath with Aveeno. Let your muscle relax in the cool bath to help reduce the overheat of your muscle. Try going to a muscle therapist to loosen your muscle.
    Hope you get better!!
