Today my dad said that during work he said that his eyes got weird and it felt like he was looking through a watery kaleidoscope and it happened for about 10-15 minutes. Im not sure what it means but i hope its not to serious so if anyone can help ease my mind that would be helpful. Oh and by the way he's 53 years old

Any number of things could be going on, from dad's eye sight getting worse (as most do) to any number of other things... sugar can cause your eye sight to go funky, blood pressure can do goofy things and cataracts can do weird things too. Why not have dad go see an optometrist and have test run. I bet the good doctor would be honest and tell him whats going on. Has dad had a trip to his regular doctor lately? Maybe that wouldn't be a bad idea either. He can check his eyes to a certain level. Good luck pop.

Make sure you bring him to a Dr. Could just be his eyesight. Maybe he needs glasses but many other diseases have aural symptoms, meaning your vision is affected. Could be hi Blood, Diabetes & many more. Better safe, Your Dad's lucky he has you.

I am very sorry to hear this. I would bring him to the doctor if I were you. I am not a medical professional, so I have no idea what is wrong, but it doesn't sound too good. Even if it was just a one-time thing, it'd be best a doctor checked into it further.
