i ask questions internally(not out loud) and "someone" seems to answer( but not in exactly same voice or gender that i asked question)..answers seem appropriate and helpful...but the answerer feels "somewhat separate & distinct" from me (the questioner)

not unless they start fighting, then time to get rid of one.

I don't think it's a problem unless the "voices" are telling you to do any strange, bad things, or making you paranoid, etc.

I think I know what you mean - I think I have the same thing. Could be everyone does. For example I'll be lying in bed and I'll say to myself "I need to get up". Then I answer myself with "Yes, time to get up" or "Five more minutes" or whatever. The voices 'sound' different in a way I can't explain... they're both me but they're definitely different. I think it's kind of normal.

Either that, or we're both crazy, which could also be the case.
