urinary tract infection in children?

    You could try cranberry juice (not cocktail) or the cranberry pills, BUT i don't think that will cure it. I've had UTI's before & always had to take antibiotics. You don;t want to let it go. You could also have an overactive bladder which would require an internal ultra-sound. So, see a doctor & get checked out. Good luck!

    You MUST see a doctor. There are no home remedies for UTI. It will not go away by itself. The only way to cure the infection is to take antibiotics prescribed by a doctor. If left untreated, the infection will spread and cause kidney damage and other serious problems.

    Ok so im 12 years old and a girl now thursday it started to burn when i pee and i have a feeling like i always have to go pee now i have had a bladder infection before so i know how that feels but i want to know if there is a way i can get it to go away and not have to go to the docter so is there a homade med i can make or can it go away by itself
