Do some kegel exercise daily.Ask your OB but you should be able to do these exercises even while pregnant.

You're probably not the only one with this problem. This can happen with pregnancy. Try doing some kegel exercises, it may take a week or two before you notice any thing but if you do them regularly it should help.
