Very odd sickness symptoms, any idea what it is?

Over the past 2 days I have developed one the oddest sickness feelings I have ever had. The main one is that when I swallow my throat hurts, but it feels like im swallowing something large and has to squeeze through my throat. When it gets down my throat, it huts pretty badly in my chest. This happens when I eat, drink, or just swallow at any time.

It also feels as if my lungs are full. When I try to take in a deep breath, I can only breath in for about 5 seconds, when I usually can go about 15. Ive been very short of breath today.

Both of these keep happening along with congestion and frequent headaches.

The only physical causes I can think of would be that my friend hit me in the adams apple while we played basketball, and the other day my girlfriend laid on top of me for a while (she isnt very heavy so I dont think it would have caused any damage.)

If you have any clue what this sounds like then let me know.

    Thanks
Should also add that I had my tonsils removed when I was 5. I have heard cases where they grow back though so Ill keep that in mind.
sorry, I keep forgetting things I meant to say

One of the weirdest side effects has been that I have had to burp all day. I guess something is pushing air up my throat, but about every 15 minutes I have to burp.

    swallowing tonsils
    or strep throat

tasty lemon, I learned that it almost completely obliterated the pain in my left tonsil. What I did was, is I tilted my head back and slightly to the left, and then squeezed the lemon juice down my throat onto my hurting tonsil. If you keep your mouth open, it’s slightly difficult to swallow with only your tonsils, but it’s more effective that way. Your tongue will simply push the lemon juice past the tonsils without much concentration on the tonsil itself
