the left side of my head hearts its a weird pain that's there kind of constantly it goes away then comes back starts when i get up lay down then goes away and pain relievers don't help what could it be?

i've had those. it's usually nothing. take advil or whatever you got, it helps lots. if that barely helps,see the doctor. it could be something else for you.

I wouldn't even want to guess, and highly suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible. Be prepared to have a MRI done.

get it checked definitely if ur worried however it sounds like a pressure headache which are really common

It's probably a sinus headache. Are you congested? Excedrin helps for the pain, but you can take Sudafed as a nasal decongestant, or Afrin nose spray to relieve the pressure. But, if you want to steer clear of using prescriptions, then there are other methods - this is just for immediate, (occasional) relief.

You say it depends on your position. I would bet it is a so called "referred" pain from sinus inflammation.
